Anders started his career as a designer/animator at NRK Design before co-founding Racecar in 2000. When Racecar needed a producer with a deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects concerning our projects, from creative solutions to budget, Anders was happy to step up to the challenge.

Bonsak is a trained architect with a background in music. He worked two years as a set designer in NRK where he first met Anders and Jeppe. In 1998 he co-founded arch-viz company Placebo FX, before co-founding Racecar in 2000. Bonsak is a strong believer in the creative intersection between art, design and technology.

After a degree in illustration and electronic imaging in the UK Jeppe turned his eyes towards motion design and has never looked back. Jeppe started his professional career at NRK before co-founding Racecar in 2000. His love for visual storytelling expands through a variety of techniques, all in the favour of conveying aesthetic communication.

Joseph is an English born designer and filmmaker whose career in the motion graphics industry spans over a decade. Previously a designer for Kemistry in London, he joined Racecar in 2003. His passion for and belief in the power of design and storytelling continually inform his work.

Born French/Norwegian, Franck is a director trained as an animator with a background in music and VJing. Even though he is continually curious about the intersection between technology, science and design for discovering and experimenting with new interesting techniques, storytelling is always at the heart of his work.

Hanna is a Swedish motion designer and illustrator based in Malmö. She studied motion design at Hyper Island and after a couple of internships in Berlin and Oslo she became a part of the Racecar team in 2020. She's into 2D animation and gets extra excited whenever she gets the chance to design characters and bring them to life.

Joacim is a Swedish motion designer based in Malmö. With a degree in graphic design and previous experience in printing, he fell in love with Motion Design while studying at Hyper Island, and joined Racecar as an intern in 2020. With a great fondness of the abstract and an eagerness to learn new things, he enjoys creative problem solving while combining different styles and techniques.

With a degree in International Marketing and Business, Karoline Beate worked for Coca-Cola before co-founding Racecar as Managing Director, she is among the best to go to when it comes to brand development, her tactics have made great improvements to all the companies she has worked for. She now runs Racecar Larvik as Consultant and Producer helping our clients get in the best shape.

Bitte has a degree in Business Management and has spent most of her career working with figures. She worked for the SAS Hotels for 10 years, and with Bjørn Dæhlie Technical Wear for 6 years before joining Racecar, part-time, from day 1 in 2002. In her spare time she gets to work with her great passion for travel, with Basecamp Explorer.
